I’ve always been drawn to fixing the disconnect between what a customer asks for and what a team actually delivers. Starting out in ERP consulting with SAP, I saw how often projects stalled - not because the technology wasn’t capable, but because communication broke down. As I moved into Odoo, I expanded from consulting into leading projects end to end. To support delivery, I also stepped into development work, which gave me a deeper view of how solutions are built and how to bridge gaps between business expectations and technical realities. I’m passionate about designing ERP systems that reduce headaches, build confidence, and make customers feel heard. Speed matters, but so does clarity - my role is to keep both in balance. One of my strengths is being able to envision a customer request as if it were already built into the platform. That ability lets me provide immediate solutions, align expectations quickly, and move projects forward without costly delays.
